Twenty Something

Run an online search for ‘millennials’ and you’ll quickly find a description of a lazy, ego-driven flighty generation. Aspersions are cast on their seeming lack of ambition and supposed apathy.  But what is it really like to be a twenty something in these uncertain times?

Freya Bardell tells an achingly  honest yet hilarious account of what it’s really to be a millennial. From career failures to dating nightmares and disastrous nights out, Freya shares true accounts of how she tries but often fails to have the ‘time of her life’.

Theatre Company Reviews:

A brutally honest take on the agony of an everyday millennial, which combines dance, poetry and even flute-playing. Jobs, relationships, sex, ambitions and dreams are all crushed as Freya vomits up her soul. It’s difficult to watch, but God it’s funny.” EXEUNT MAGAZINE
